Integrity

Integrity and anti-corruption policy

TCG operates through documented authority, transparent expenses and zero tolerance for improper influence.

Updated 2026-08-21

Prohibited conduct

No person acting for TCG may offer, request, authorise or accept a bribe, facilitation payment, kickback or hidden commission. A local custom or commercial pressure does not justify improper conduct.

Gifts, expenses and public officials

Gifts and hospitality must be lawful, modest, infrequent, documented and never intended to influence a decision. Interactions with public officials require a legitimate purpose, accurate records and prior approval where the mandate requires it.

Conflicts and third parties

Actual or potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed before an assignment or decision. Partners and subcontractors remain independent and must not be presented as employees or affiliates. Risk-based checks and written scopes are required before material third-party engagement.

Reporting and response

Concerns may be reported to contact@togocorporategateway.com. Retaliation against a good-faith report is not accepted. Allegations should be documented, preserved and reviewed with qualified counsel where necessary.
