Information collected
The consultation form may collect your name, business email, company, country, service of interest and project description. It may also record the page and campaign source that led to the request.
A pseudonymised technical identifier and submission timing may be processed to prevent spam and abuse. Do not submit passwords, bank details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information through the form.
Purposes and legal basis
Information is used to receive and answer your request, assess the appropriate service, maintain a business follow-up record and protect the website. Processing is based on your request and consent, and on the legitimate interest of preventing abuse where applicable.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Access is limited to the TCG team and the technical providers necessary for hosting, secure storage and transactional email. Information is not sold. Cross-border technical processing may occur through those providers under their applicable safeguards.
Unconverted prospect requests are intended to be retained for no longer than 12 months unless a longer period is necessary for a business relationship, legal obligation or dispute.
Analytics and cookies
Non-essential analytics will remain disabled until the visitor gives an active choice. Refusing analytics does not prevent access to the site. The consent preference may be stored on the visitor’s device so the choice can be respected.
